. Incomplete documents
. Documents signed outside of my presence
. Birth, death, or marriage certificates
. Documents with faxed or copied signatures
. Copies of documents ( except for power of attorney)
. Pre/post date document notarizations  
. Cannot provide " notarization via fax" as personal appearance by the signer in front of       
  the notary is always required

PLEASE NOTE:

. Proof of identification is required on all signing parties
. All parties must understand what they are signing and doing so of their own free will
. We can not explain the document needing to be notarize
. If witnesses are required please make arrangement to have them present when notary      
  arrives
. Notary mobile traveling fee's are not specified as part of notarization, It's a traveling fee

GENERAL NOTARIZATION RATES:

$10.00 Per signature for acknowledgment/jurats
$30.00 Depositions (taken of, oath and certificate)
$10.00 Per signature for power of attorney
$10.00+0.30/page for certifying copy of journal
$250.00 jail visit

LOAN DOCUMENT PACKAGES:

Loan document's, the First set is $95.00.
Loan document's, the Second set is $55.00.
Fees are for round trip (50miles). $1.00 for each miles after that.
Local pick-up and drop-off of documents at no charge.
Copy of documents $15.00 each set.
Shipping back to the escrow or the lender, it depends on destiny where it goes.  

Half of fee for no show or no sign at appointment.
Cancellation 2 hours or less $35.00.
$15.00 surcharge for holidays.
$15.00 after 9.00pm any day.
Waiting fee (charged each half hour documents or clients are not ready) is $5.00.

Principles we follow to insure your clients get the best services:

. End-Of-The Month Policy-   We do not accept new loan signing clients the last 4 days of
the
month unless you are a referral from an existing client. There are no exceptions to this
Policy. We have learned that our best clients are the ones who suffer when last minute,
end of the month signings are accepted from companies we have not worked with in the
past.

.  Mobil Educ Signings-   We have fulfilled of educ signings and will gladly process yours.
We minimize errors and omissions by giving a full two hours after receipt of educ files to     
 print and review documents before arriving at the signings.

.   Loan Signings Payment Term-  Our job is to put the very best Mobil notary in front of  
Your client to witness their signatures and navigate them through the signing process
in  a thorough and friendly manner. Payment is due in full regardless of the funding
Status of your clients loan. Here are our rules:

1.   If you do not have a method of paying for mobile notary services on a loan
       that dose not close, we strongly suggest you do not enter in to a relationship
       with us.
2.   Orders placed by loan officers, loan brokers, and other lenders that are not  
       Placed through a title or escrow company will require a credit card on file and
        your credit card will be charged if your invoice is not paid within 15 days of
       The signing date.

We follow these rules because the only way to maintain a highly qualified pool of
screened notaries is to pay them for there services regardless of your funding status.
